Creeations
Nancy's artwork is a unique twist of the traditional Dream Catcher that she calls Spirit Catchers. Nancy's artwork reflects the animal's point of view of living through a clearcut, or the ice caps that have melted will never return. We must change our ways and care for Mother Earth and all her creations.
Soul Mates
The creation of "Soul Mates" came from my belief in the after life. When our loved ones pass on, know they are not gone - they are closer than you know. If you talk to your loved ones, they can hear and see everything happening in your life. They don't miss anything: they are there but in an unseen way.
Have faith they are not far and beyond. You will meet again to live on and on.
Soul Mates
Our souls reunite again from one life to the next, bringing past experiences from far and beyond.
The journey must never cease to exist as the future of our Souls will continue with a love expanding eternity from far and beyond.

The Beauty of Creation Spirit of the Grizzly Bear"
Here on Mother Earth, we sit on the edge of what remains of our home—the forest. We are the birds, bears, raccoons, wolves, squirrels, and numerous life forms that have existed in the thick, rich forest since its creation.
But now, clear-cutting has destroyed our home, and we must search for a new one. But what about the moss, flowers, herbs, and other living forms that cannot move? What will happen to them?
They will soon cease to exist.
Humanity, pay attention! You are snuffing out many life forms that have existed for thousands of years—for what?
This mass destruction has now affected the rivers and oceans too. The sludge polluting the water prevents my salmon friends from completing their journey home to spawn the next generation. The bears, eagles, and wolves that once thrived on the salmon must search for a new food source. What are they going to eat and drink now?
Humanity, consider the seven generations that will follow you. Will they get to see old-growth forests? How about the water? Will it be clean enough for them to drink?
Reverse your greedy practices before your mass destruction catches up to you. Change must happen now, or you will cease to exist on Mother Earth, along with all her children.

The Power to Heal
The sun shines brightly in the clear blue sky, giving off the energy of healing powers I crave daily.
I seek this radiant force because it heals my soul whenever I encounter it.
The power to heal one's soul is the greatest of all.
Let us understand how we can protect our sun so we may continue to heal and feel happiness from one day to the next.
Without the rays of sunlight, we would live in darkness—as would our souls for eternity.

"The Energy Within"
High in the starry night sky, the moon gazes wondrously—what is humanity doing on Mother Earth?
The energy I send to the crops below is not helping the people reap a bountiful harvest.
The forest that was once brimming with trees that had seen centuries pass is being fed to sawmills for today's profit without a thought for the future generation. Will there be fresh oxygen for them to breathe?
Creatures that thrived in the forest are quickly disappearing, too. Do humans not realize animal extinction will threaten their food supply and ability to create clothing?
Aquatic life is following their land cousins to extinction because their watery home has become infused with poisonous oil. When the fish disappear, so will the other species that depend on them, such as the mighty eagle and you humans.
Humanity, what will you eat when pollution destroys all the food sources Mother Earth gifted you?
All Mighty Creator, I will continue to radiate my energy down to Mother Earth, but it's up to the humans to see that my power can only help if they start to respect all life on Earth. Once they embrace this change, it will be their most significant power yet.

"Spirit of the Wolf"
The Wolf is dragged out from the dream world by screeching sounds of wood splinting and trees crashing to the ground. The Wolf immediately knows that this loud cacophony of noise is the knell of change.
With a sinking heart, the Wolf goes to leave his den, but the entrance is blocked by numerous tree branches. Confused and scared about what's awaiting him on the other side, the Wolf frantically scatters the branches until he has a clear pathway outside.
As the Wolf finally emerges from his den, he is greeted by the sight of the once-tall trees that have existed for millennia, cut down to stubby stumps as far as the eye can see. The limbs that once housed birds, squirrels, chipmunks and other small critters are scattered throughout the sun-dried forest floor, the last of their sap bleeding away.
Tears flow from the Wolf's eyes as he witnesses what became of his home, the Old Growth Forest.
The peaceful harmony of the forest, where all creatures live in balance with each other, had no chance against humanity's bulldozers and chainsaws.
Now, the forest only lives in the Wolf's memories.
While the Wolf mourns, he howls, "Oh, my Creator, what took place here during my slumber?"
Suddenly, the Eagle appears high in the sky as he continuously circles the Wolf.
"Oh, my Eagle friend, what has happened here? What have I awakened to?"
Exhausted, Eagle looks for a place to perch but finds nothing.
"My Wolf friend, it was the humans. They moved in at dawn and razed our home with their huge machinery. As my cedar tree was struck down, I had to escape quickly. Ever since I have been looking for a place to safely perch, but each tree I land on is soon brought down by the chainsaw's sharp teeth. Humans, in their greed, have effortlessly taken all the trees in our beloved forest with these tools. Wolf, we must immediately leave to search for a new home as it will take time to find another Old Growth Forest. But will it ever be as beautiful as ours once was?"
So, the Eagle and the Wolf began their search for a new home—an old-growth forest where their ancestors had flourished for generations.
Humanity, you must begin to sustain and respect the entire web of life because we are a part of it, too.
We must change our ways so all life can live safely and thrive.

"Spirit of the Black Bear"
As the bear faces west, it contemplates the approaching changes. The transition from hot summer days to chilly autumn nights signals the bear to hibernate. The bear must rely on intuition—a deep sense of knowing to guide it through the ever-changing environment. Like the bear, it's essential to tune in to your intuition—the intuition of your soul—to navigate life's challenges with confidence and clarity.

"Survival of the Great Spirit Bear"
The Great Spirit bears are so strong and yet so rare, they are one in ten.
Unlike the spirit bear, humans become strong in numbers. We begin with one person, then two, and then three until we become a force to reckon with. This force will be the voice of the Great Spirit bear and all existence that is threatened by mass destruction for a few bucks today.
What about tomorrow? Then what? Will we have clean drinking water? Will we have food to eat? Will we be able to breathe clean air?
As humans, we need to pay attention to what is happening today in the web of life. We do not own the web; we are only a part of it!
If we destroy one piece of the web of life, then the rest will soon break down and disintegrate. We must look at least seven generations from today and forecast how this destruction of today will affect the seventh generation of tomorrow. Will there be a web of life?
We humans must take a stand and voice our concern so we can ensure the survival of all species such as the Great Spirit bear here on Mother Earth.
If we do not – then we too will cease to exist.

"Spirit of the Hummingbird"
Hummingbirds are beautiful, whimsical, and magical!
The magical healing energy we crave may seem impossible.
Yet we somehow feel the presence of our loved ones near when we see these magnificent, winged creatures flying effortlessly. The unknown universe becomes real when we see them soar as we feel the love and presence of our beloveds across the veil.
The presence of our loved one's Spirit fills our soul with the intimacy we once cherished, which took a lifetime to grow and become natural.
They are not gone but forever etched in our hearts and souls, awaiting the joyous reunion that will renew a lifetime of love, happiness, and healing, transcending the boundaries of this life.
Believe!
You are not alone. I am there in the beauty of the hummingbird's vibrant blue feathers and every facet of the natural world. We are one, bound by a love that transcends time and space. We will reunite once again as our souls journey together for eternity.

"Spirit of the Salmon"
Since time began, my ancestors, Spirit of the Wild Salmon, have laid their eggs in rivers and streams, beginning the life cycle for a new generation.
In turn, the Wild Salmon would return from their vast journey in the ocean to the very spot where they were born to keep the cycle of life going.
In modern times, the cycle of the Wild Salmon has become much more difficult to complete.
Many of the issues the Wild Salmon is facing are pollution, drought, sea lice, and overfishing, to name a few.
We must change our habits and look to the future for the sake of our entire ecosystem which relies on the Wild Salmon to make its journey home to complete the life cycle.
Please, all-mighty Creator, let humanity see the necessity of respecting and caring for our waterways and the entire ecosystem—their lives depend upon it.
